Aaron Leighton is a Toronto-based artist and art director who grew up on the Canadian prairies and attended the Alberta University of the Arts, graduating in 1995.

Since then, his work has appeared in books, magazines, advertising, animation and apps, and has been recognized by both American Illustration and Applied Arts. Additionally, he works as the brand art director of Sago Mini, has published two books with Koyama Press, is one-third of the Trio Magnus art collective, and has had his work exhibited globally in various group shows and published in multiple books.

He spends his free time chatting with birds and using magic to summon UFOs.
